What are HCS candles made from?
Each candle is made from a premium soy wax blend.
Why choose soy wax candles?

What is the best way to burn HCS candles?
Before burning your candle make sure you place it on a deep dish or plate to avoid wax spillage.
To prevent fire and serious injury, burn your candle within sight. Keep away from drafts. Keep out of reach of children and pets. Never burn your candle on or near anything that can catch fire.
How fragrant are HCS candles?
When lit, each candle produces a rich, long-lasting fragrance that gently fills the room.
When not lit, each candle emits a light fragrance.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Each candle is made to order. Please allow up to two weeks of processing. Shipping will vary depending on location. National orders (within Canada) should arrive 3-5 days from ship date.
What is the white "frosting" on my candle?
Frosting is when a white crystalline layer forms on the surface of natural waxes such as soy. It takes place when the natural wax used to make a candle tries to return to its natural state. This is a natural effect of soy wax and only occurs throughout vegetable waxes.
Please keep in mind frosting does not affect how your candle performs and there is nothing that can be done to completely prevent frosting.
Frosting is more easily seen on our darker candles such as Ebony & Ashanti and is 100% normal.
